The training program takes place in Neurocore’s state-of-the-art Brain Performance Center. We use the same systems and technology that have been used by teams and athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA, LPGA, and the Premier League in soccer.

Training Sessions

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback trains your brain to have a healthy balance of fast-moving and slow-moving brainwaves. With balanced electrical activity, you become more calm, focused, and better able to get into “the zone.” Each session includes 30 minutes of neurofeedback where you will watch a movie and your brain will serve as the pause/play button. The movie will play when your brain is in “the zone” and will pause when your brain wanders out of “the zone.” Over time, the brain is trained to spend more time in a healthy, productive mode.

Heart Rate Variability

Heart Rate Variability training helps optimize your breathing to reduce stress and stay relaxed in clutch situations. During each session, you will train to synchronize your heart rate with your breathing. This cohesion improves variability between heartbeats which increases resiliency to stress and allows you to remain calm.

Visual Processing

Neurocore uses the NeuroTracker Visual Processing Training program to improve awareness and decision-making abilities in competitive performance. Each session includes 12 minutes of training to optimize your visual awareness and processing speed to enhance performance in any athletic endeavor.
