It’s a new year and you know what that means – there may be changes to your insurance policy!
To avoid any confusion about billing in the new year, please review the following:
If your insurance plan will be changing in the new year, please bring your new insurance card to the center or give us a call once you have received it. This way, we can update your new card information to your file.
If your insurance policy has not changed, please contact your carrier to ensure your benefits also have not changed.
Please note, if there are no changes to your plan or your coverages, your deductibles may have reset – this is typically dependent on whether your deductible resets on a fiscal calendar or on a calendar year. For information about your specific policy, contact your insurance carrier.
Contacting your insurance carrier before the new year will ensure a seamless billing process going forward. And if you missed the insurance updates from November, be sure to check them out!
As always, if you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us at 800.600.4096.
