Who can resist a warm brownie fresh out the oven? They’re ooey, gooey squares full of melty chocolate – they’re downright delicious.
But anyone who’s counting calories knows, they’re not exactly a guilt-free treat. They’re usually packed with refined sugar, about a stick of butter, and bleached flour.
We all know we shouldn’t eat them, but who doesn’t indulge a bit from time to time?
Indulging on a special occasion is one thing. But if you’re anything like me and crave something sweet on a daily basis, you have to be careful about how you satisfy that craving – which is why I love finding recipes that sneakily cut calories, satisfying my sweet tooth without the guilt.
Luckily, we found a recipe from BromaBakery.com that does just that! This recipe has no refined sugar, no bleached flour, and no butter. On top of that, each brownie is only 37 calories.
You might be thinking, Yeah and they probably taste like cardboard. But really – you won’t be disappointed.
So, in honor of Brownie Day, give this recipe a try. And don’t feel bad if you can’t resist having seconds – you’ll still be under 100 calories!
