Our Grand Rapids center is pleased to announce some exciting new changes!
Over the past year, we’ve been hard at work creating a new space on the East Beltline, just across the street from our current location.
According to the team, the new location with all of its changes is pretty great.
Clinical specialist, Jessica Higgins says, “The space is more welcoming for clients and families, overall.”
With a bigger lobby including a coffee and tea bar, Jessica is right. The new space was designed to be more inviting, but it will also no longer be located in an office suite, making the center easier to find. The brain room, where sessions are conducted, will be bigger with larger TV screens at each station. There will be more consultation rooms for client meetings and assessments, and the look of the center will be more fresh and modern.
Elise Matthews is a client advocate who agrees, “I’m excited to have an inviting lobby that will allow us to better greet and provide for our clients.”
Saturday, June 9 will be the last day for appointments in the current location, where the team will continue to see clients up until closing time. The transition to the new space will take place over the upcoming weekend. Starting Monday, June 11th, all appointments will be held at the new center – 2040 East Beltline Ave NE.
